Built to the latest standard

Scale Space White City is a brand new building designed to the latest office standards. With wider walkways, four staircases and a low rise design, there is reduced strain on routes through the building. There is abundant access to outdoor space, and indoors we have reconfigured our ventilation system to provide 60% more air per square metre than BCO standards.

Our space is easily accessible to those avoiding public transport. We have 70 secure bike racks for the exclusive use of our members and for those without their own bike, there’s a Santander Cycles docking station a few minutes walk away. There is also ample car parking at nearby Westfield London.

Social distancing

We have modified the environment to allow us to effectively follow social distancing guidelines, such as one way systems throughout the building.

We have reduced capacities in our communal spaces and meeting rooms, whilst installing additional video conferencing facilities to aid effective team collaboration.

We have temperature checks on arrival and provide disposable face masks and hand sanitiser.

Enhanced cleaning

We have scrutinized our cleaning schedules to increase focus and frequency on touchpoints such as door handles, lift buttons and handrails. We measure the effectiveness of our cleaning process by testing surfaces for Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and have installed frequent hand sanitiser stations across our space.

We clean all our workstations daily with hospital-grade cleaning solutions, and we will now provide single-use antibacterial desk mats each day to fully cover individual working areas. We will deploy regular electrostatic disinfection of the building. This process quickly and evenly coats all surfaces with a disinfecting solution, achieving 360-degree coverage and killing 99.99% of bacteria, including coronavirus.
